We will create a timeline for all wedding events beginning with the rehearsal and ending with your send off. We will coordinate with all vendors to ensure that the timeline is followed

Attend one venue walkthrough to discuss design and ceremony details.

Vendor Coordination

​

Manage and supervise schedules of vendors to ensure adequate time for set up and load out.

Rehearsal Walkthrough

​

Coordinate and direct wedding ceremony rehearsal.

Day of Coordination (up to 8 hours)

​

Point person for all vendors and design assistance the day of the wedding. Orchestrate wedding day to include, adhering to approved timeline, directing the ceremony, assisting with reception flow and send off, and gathering gifts and personal items and delivering to designated person.
