Planning Meetings and Correspondence

The initial planning meeting allows us to discuss design, budget, and the vision for the wedding day. Additional meetings will be set at the beginning of the planning process. 

Collection 2 includes access to our staff during office hours.

Vendor Selection

We will research and assist you with vendor selections. We work with many reliable vendors that we would recommend based on your preferences and budget.

Venue Walk Through and Design Assistance 

​

We will work with youth craft the perfect design layout and execution for your wedding day.

Timeline

​

We will create a timeline for all wedding events beginning with the rehearsal and ending with your send off. We will coordinate with all vendors to ensure that the timeline is followed.

Vendor Coordination

​

We will manage and supervise schedules of vendors to ensure adequate time for set up and load out.

​

Rehearsal Walkthrough

​

We will coordinate and direct wedding ceremony rehearsal.

​

Seating Chart and Wedding Favors

​

Creation and assistance with guest seating and wedding favors.

​

Day of Coordination (up to 8 hours)

​

We will serve as the point person for all vendors and design assistance the day of the wedding. We will orchestrate the wedding day to include: adhering to approved timeline, directing the ceremony, assisting with reception flow and send off, and gathering gifts and personal items and delivering to designated person.
